BACKGROUND
The Wood Buffalo Community Foundation accepts donations and gives grants to registered charitable organizations throughout the Wood Buffalo Region. It was founded in 2017 and is building its asset base in endowed funds. The Wood Buffalo Community Foundation aims to provide long term financial support for projects in the social, health, environment, sport, arts, culture and other worthwhile community endeavors. A percentage of the invest income is granted each year to qualified donees.
PROJECT
This community focused project was my opportunity to connect and support my local foundation. As one of the founding members I created the identity, along with supporting materials for the official launch in June 2017. In addition to the identity I also created the foundations website to support their need for an online presence.
